Our modular classes (UTM, MAPS, HAPS and HOTS) spans one term and comprises 8 to 10 lessons, depending on level (Primary 3 – 6).
Our weekly classes (Primary 3 – 6) is designed to reinforce basic skills, concepts and build the foundations laid in the primary school, with the introduction of heuristics techniques for tackling challenging maths problems.
Each lesson lasts 1½ hours (Primary 3, 4 and 5) or 2 hours (Primary 6). Class sizes are kept small (10 students maximum) to ensure every student gets the attention he needs.
We organise seminars and workshops (UTM and MAPS) during the March and November school holidays. These help parents understand heuristics, and give them a preview of our curriculum and programmes.
Teachers who wish to acquire expertise in mathematical heuristics are welcome to join our training sessions. Our workshops for educators can be customised to unique teaching demands, and span from one to three days.
